    Expect a call — from a number you may not recognise

    Please do answer it. Your engineer will ring shortly, and the call may come from a mobile, a local landline, or show as an unknown or withheld number. It won’t say UK Solar Maintenance on your screen.

    It’s a short call to confirm what your system is doing and book a time for the free survey. Answering it is the quickest way to get a date in the diary.

    If you miss it, don’t worry — they’ll try again. It’s worth saving the number when it comes through.
  3. Step 3 · Then

    Your system back to 100% of its output

    Your engineer surveys the system, finds what’s actually wrong and puts a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Once you approve it, most jobs finish on the first visit.

    You get before-and-after readings, so you can see your roof generating everything it was designed to again.
